摘要
Abstract
Objective: To screen the best extraction method of Panax notoginseng for compound quba gel. Methods: The Panax notoginseng in compound quba gel was extracted by refluxing, after preliminary study on the extraction method. In this study, the contents of notoginsenoside Rl, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl and dry ointment were considered as the indicators for Multi-index comprehensive evaluation to optimize the extraction condition according to orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extraction process: adding 10 times of 50% ethanol, refluxing for 2 times (1.5h for each time) . Conclusion: The selected optimum Panax notoginseng extraction method is stable and highly efficient, and can be used as extraction process of Panax notoginseng compound quba geL.关键词
