整合素在肿瘤转移中的作用机制研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of integrin in tumor metastasis
摘要
Abstract
Integrins is an important adhesion molecule in cells and extracellular matrix and cell-cell adhesion. Previous studies have confirmed that integrins and tumor metastasis are closely related, but literature analysis shows that this area of research in tumor has been a hot spot. This article focuses on an overview of the past five years, international research about the mechanisms of integrin-mediated tumor metastasis. The data available dem-onstrated that integrin modulates a large number of non-ligand signaling pathways that promote tumor metastasis. This brings a bright future for the development of integrin inhibitors.关键词
