加巴喷丁对大鼠内脏炎症痛的镇痛作用及机制初步研究
The analgesic effect and mechanism of gabapentin on visceral inflammatory pain in rats

Abstract
Aim To explore the analgesic effect and mechanism of gabapentin on visceral inflammatory pain in rats. Methods Adult healthy Wistar rats were ran-domly divided into 4 groups: control group, model group,saline group and gabapentin group. Observation: ( 1 ) After model making , 1 5 min was set a time period ,totally 2 h, then visceral pain score was calculated. ( 2 )After model making, 15 min was set a time period, totally 2 h, then firing rate of spinal dorsal horn neurons was recorded. ( 3 ) After model making, at the time point of 30,60 and 120 min, PKC membrane translocation was detected. Results ( 1 ) The pain score in gabapentin group in the former 90 min was significantly lower than that in model group( P < 0. 05 or P <0. 01 ), with no significant difference seen between model group and saline group( P > 0. 05 ). (2 ) After inflammation, the spinal dorsal neuronal firing rate in gabapentin group at the time period of 0 - 15 min and 15-30 min was significantly lower than that in modelgroup at the same period of 0 - 15 min and 15-30 min ( P <0. 01 );no significant difference was seen between model group and saline group( P > 0. 05 ). ( 3 ) PKC membrane translocation in gabapentin group was significantly lower than that in model group( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05 ), with no significant difference seen between model group and saline group( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Gabapentin may have analgesic effect on visceral inflammatory pain through reducing PKC membrane translocation and inhibiting PKC activation.关键词
