摘要

Abstract

According to the diversity and complexity of power distribution economic operation attributes, an e-valuation model based on evidence integration and back propagation (BP) neural network algorithm is proposed. First, the index membership degree given by experts group is fused using evidence fusion theory, in order to avoid the one-sidedness of single expert. Then BP neural network algorithm is introduced to train and test each attributes. To improve the calculation speed and fully understand the comprehensive evaluation value and the index states, an evaluation model of neural network group is established. Finally, the comparison with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the example analysis proves the validity and feasibility of the model.
