Abstract
Objective To study the value of selective intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC ). Methods Clinical data of 35 patients with gallstone undertaken cholangiography and via cystic duct in laparoscopic cholecytectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 35 suspected patients, only 4 were found to be positive by intraoperative cholangiography and the positive rate was 20.53 %. Only 7 underwent open cholecytectomy (OC) and residual stone rate were zero. Conclusion cholangiography and via cystic duct is benefical to reduce negative rate of common bile duct exploration, reduce pain, and has potential safeness in expansion of LC. Its application can reduce the rate of bile duct injury and improve the quality of LC.关键词
