猕猴肝脏实验感染猪囊尾蚴的观察
Observation on experimental macaque infected with cysticercus
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to understand liver function, ultrasonography and pathological changes in liver of the macaque with cysticercosis. A macaque was infected with eggs of T. Solium through digestive tract. Color Doppler ultrasound examination, automatic biochemical analysis of some indicators for liver function, radioimmunoassay of hyaluronic acid and ELISA of anti-cysticercus IgG in sera were carried on the macaque which had been infected for 84 days. Euthanasia was done to the macaque by injection of excessive anesthetic at 90 days after infection. Then distribution and development of the larvae in macaques' tissue and pathological changes were observed. Results showed that the macaque lost weight by 2. 4 kg after being infected by T. Solium larvae for 84 days, and several nodules on the liver could be found by color Doppler ultrasound examination. Concentration of hyaluronic acid and total bile acid were higher than that of the pre-infection sample, whereas the concentration of choline esterase was lower. ELISA of anti-cysticercus was positive. Eleven nodules were found in the liver tissue by gross examination. Eosinophil infiltration, local fibrosis, fatty change and necrosis of hepatic cells could be found in the liver. This study suggested that beside muscle and brain cysticercosis, T. Solium larvae could also invade the liver of primate and lead to hepatic lesions. The hepatic lesions could be diagnosed by ultrasound examination and immunology method.关键词
