Abstract
Based on the study on semi-fixed abrasive tool model test and simulation of two-dimentional data, the paper built up three-dimensional discrete element modle of semi-fixed abrasive tool (SFAT) with PFB3D (Particle Flow Code in 3 Dimensions). Taking the matching curve line of SFAT compression ratio experiment and virtual one as the selection standard for PFC micro specific parameters. Through SFAT virtual shearing experiments, the relation between the shear stress and the horizontal shear displacement under different parallel bond tangent stiffness were obtained. The rationality of three-dimensional discrete element model of SFAT was further testified.关键词
