结肠腺癌组织中Bmi-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达及其意义
Expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 and their clinicopathological significances in colon adenocarcinoma

Abstract
Objective Aim To investigate the expression and significance of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein in colon adenocarcinoma. Methods The protein expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were detected in 57 cases of colon adenocarcinoma (CA)、 40 cases of dysplasia adjacent to the tumor (DA) and 25 cases of normal colon mucosa (NCM) by immunohistochemistry respectively. Results The positive rate of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein was significantly depressed ordinal in CA, DA and NCM which was 56.1%, 52.5%, 20% and 72.5%, 47.5%, 16%, respectively (P < 0.01). The positive expression rates of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were significantly related with the depth of tumor invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Conclusions The expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 proteins is associated with invasion and metastasis in colon adenocarcinoma. Combined detection of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein could be one helpful index in the prognostic judgment of colon adenocarcinoma.关键词
