摘要
Abstract
In order to ensure the purity of hybrid seeds and improve the efficiency of seed production of heading Chinese cabbage, the cytoplasmic - nuclear male sterile line CMA was adopted to hybridize a range of inbred lines with different colors ( orange red, yellow or white) of inner head leaves, various heading types (leaf - tip closed folded, leaf overlapped, cylindrical) and adaptation to different growing seasons ( spring, summer and autumn). After multi - generation backcrosses and selection, a number of stable cytoplasmic nuclear male sterile lines which could met the market demands were successfully obtained. The test of seed production indicated the F, progenies with high uniformity reached 100% of hybrid rate and the seed yield was equivalent to that of normal self - incompatible inbred lines.关键词
