摘要

Abstract

The osteoclasts of new born Wistar mice were obtained by mechanical separation. The recom binant Saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing salmon calcitonin and restricted by enterokinase and Miacalcic were added into the culture solution respectively. The osteoclasts were observed by HE staining. After cultured for seven days, the area of bone resorption pits was analyzed by Image - Pro Plus image software. The results showed that the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing salmon calcitonin had obvious inhibitory ac tion to the absorption function of osteoclasts.
