社区老年轻度认知障碍患者疾病认知水平调查及影响因素分析
Cognition of Mild Cognitive Impairment of Senior Citizens in Community and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the cognition and its influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) of senior citizens in community and to provide reference for community health education. Methods A general questionnaire and a questionnaire of cognition of MCI were employed among 154 people with MCI selected from 940 people aged 60 and over with a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Results Senior citizens in community presented inadequate knowledge about MCI. Multivariate linear regression indicated that educational background, study competence, cognition function were critical factors exerting influence on the cognition of MCI (F=69.276, P<0.001). Conclusion The cognition of MCI of senior citizen in community is in need of improvement. Medical staff should attach great importance to factors such as educational background and study competence so as to improve the cognition of MCI and to delay disease development.关键词
