基于LabVIEW的激光煤质分析仪
Laser Coal Analyzer Based on LabVIEW
摘要
Abstract
A new coal laser analyzer was designed based on the LabVIEW programming to overcome the flaw in the traditional coal analysis with tedious operation sequence and long analysis cycle. The instrument was based on laser spectroscopy technique and the BoxCar, DAQ, spectrometer and other key components controlled by LabVIEW routine while data acquisition and spectral analysis were performed. The carbon element in coal was measured and the SD values of accuracy did not exceed 1. 6%. It fully meets the analysis requirements of the coal fired power plants. This method can be extended to mining, environmental protection, medicine, materials, archeology, food safety, biological, metallurgical and other application areas.关键词
