热喷涂铝涂层与镁合金基体结合强度的研究
Study on Bond Strength of Aluminum Coating Formed by Thermal Spraying on AZ80 Magnesium Alloys Surface

Abstract
The aluminum layer was used on the surface of magnesium alloy to improve the corrosion resistance. The aim was to determine the tensile bond strength of thermal-sprayed layers. The thermal spray technology, deformation temperature and deformation degree were taken into account as the influence of the bond strength. Tensile testing machine and optical microscope were carried out to investigate the performance test and morphology. A new phase was found between the coating and substrate when deformation took place at 400 ℃ ; at 370℃ , the bond strength of thermal-sprayed layers to magnesium alloy substrate decreased at first and increased later with the increase of deformation degree; compared with the arc spraying, the flame spraying obtains the greater density and the greater bond strength of thermal-sprayed layers.关键词
