SSR标记技术在玉米品种“先玉335”真伪性鉴定中的应用
Application of SSR Markers in the Identification of Maize Xianyu 335
摘要
Abstract
In this study, 20 pairs of SSR basic core primers and 20 pairs of SSR extended core primers were used to amplify for identifying the authenticity of maize varieties by SSR markers. The differences between the samples tested and the standard sample (xianyu 335) were analyzed at the DNA level. The results showed that sample No. 1 had obvious differences with the standard sample (xianyu 335) , so sample No. 1 was not xianyu 335. However sample No. 2 had no obvious differences with the standard sample (xianyu 335), it was surely xianyu 335. SSR markers could be fast, accurate and efficient to I-dentify the authenticity of maize varieties.关键词
