微小隐孢子虫Cp735基因的克隆及原核表达
Cloning and Prokaryotic Expression of Cp735 Gene of Cryptosporidium parvum
摘要
Abstract
The Cp735 gene was amplified by PCR. Coding sequence identified by DNA sequencing was cloned into the expression vector pET-28a to construct prokaryotic expression vector. The recombinant protein was expressed in BL21 (DE3) . The result of SDS - PAGE showed that the molecular weight of the expressed product was identical to that of prediction. The result of Western blot demonstrated that the expressed protein had reactogenicity.关键词
