Abstract
Objective To understand job burnout and sub-health status of operating room nurses, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods The survey was conducted among 110 operating room nurses with a self-developed questionnaire. Results Scores of job burnout and sub-health status of operating room nurses were high. There was positive correlation among scores of job burnout and sub-health status, age, work length and weekly working hours of operating room nurses (P<0.05). While the score of the job bumout had positive correlation with sub-health status in operating room nurses (P<0.05). Conclusion The operating room nurses are with great job burnout and in sub-health status. The administrators should pay more attention to maintain the physical and mental health of operating room nurses so as to improve nursing quality in operating room.关键词
