Abstract
Objective To explore a suitable performance evaluation system for nursing staff in private hospital. Methods Nursing indexes were quantitated based on the responsibility and risks of each nursing position and then performance evaluation system was formulated. The result of comprehensive assessment which was implemented at the end of each month was taken as the indicator of bonus distribution. Results The implementation of quantitative evaluation system of nursing staff stimulated nursing staff's work enthusiasm and stabilized nursing troop and eventually promoted nursing quality. Consequently, doctors and patients were more satisfied with the nursing. Conclusion Quantitative evaluation is an effective management model that can improve the nursing work efficiency and quality in private hospital.关键词
