摘要
Abstract
This thesis is to study on heat treatment procedures, mechanical properties and structures of test materials using ultra-supercritical heat-resistant materials of 2Cr11Mo1VNbN and 10Cr9W2MoVNbNB and 1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB. The experiment identifies the most suitable heat treatment process parameters for tested materials, and shows that the optima heat treatment parameters for materials 2Cr11Mo1VNbN and 10Cr9W2MoVNbNB are quenching in 1 060~1 080 ℃ then tempering at the temperature of 660~680 ℃ and for 1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB are quenching in 1 080~ 1 100 ℃ then tempering at the temperature of 680~700 ℃ and the structures of tested three materials are in tempered martensite. Furthermore, the thesis identifies the relationship between the strength and toughness of these materials after the heat treatment.关键词
