Treatment of acetabular fracture with reconstruction plate

Abstract
Objective;To evaluate the effect of operation and internal fixation with reconstruction plate on displaced acetabular fracture through single approach or combination approaches. Methods; Forty - nine cases of displaced acetabular fracture were treated with open repair and internal fixation with reconstruction plate from April 2000 to June 2009. The clinical data were analyzed. Results: Forty - nine patients were followed up for 3 to 26 months (14. 5 months in average). According to Matta's scale, 48 patients (97. 95% ) had good reduction and functional rehabilitation. There was only one patient with bad functional rehabilitation and complication of femur head necrosis because of incomplete reduction. Conclusion: Open repair and internal fixation with reconstruction plate is an effective way to treat the displaced acetabular fractures.关键词
