双离合器式自动变速器汽车换挡控制策略仿真
Shifting control strategy simulation for dual clutch transmission vehicle
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve shifting performance of the vehicle equipped with dual clutch transmission , with comprehensive consideration of performances including vehicle dynamic, life of dual clutches and comfort of driver and passengers, the coordination control during shifting process is studied. The dynamics model of the process was built and simulated, and the principle of parasitic power was analyzed, then the solution was proposed. On the basis of disengage clutch and engage clutch, fuzzy control theory was adopted. Taking throttle opening, speeds difference between driving and driven discs of dual clutches and their rates as inputs and taking disengage and engage speeds as outputs, the shifting control strategy was designed. Considering the intention of different drivers, the process of upshifting was simulated. It is concluded that the strategy can reflect driver intention, reduce parasitic power, and shorten shifting time, jerk and slip energy. Therefore, the fuzzy shifting control strategy which considers parasitic power can achieve power shifting and optimize shifting quality.关键词
