摘要

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extracting technology of active ingredients. Methods:The main influencing factors of extraction effect included the quantity of chloroform and extraction time and the extraction conditions were evaluated by the contents of nitidine chloride, ethoxychelerythrine and L-sesamin. The optimal extraction of active ingredients was selected by central composite design-response surface methodology. Results:The optimal conditions consisted of extraction three times, 120 min each time with sixty fold of chloroform. Conclusion:It is simple,convenient and high predictive to optimize the extraction craft of active ingredients by central composite design-response surface methodology.
