冠心病患者CXCL16测定及其临床意义
THE ASSAY OF SERUM LEVELS OF CXCL16 IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract
Objective:This study was designed to determine the association of CXCL16 with C-reactive protein, Gensini score and its clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: We examined 61 patients undergoing coronary angiography: 30 patients with acute coronary syndrome and 31 patients with stable angina pectoris. Another 30 patients with normal coronary angiography were served as control group. The level of serum CXCL16 in peripheral venous blood was measured by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and serum C-reactive protein was detected by immunoturbidimetry. Gensini score was calculated in different groups. The levels of serum CXCL16 in different groups were compared. Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the levels of serum CXCL16 with C-reactive protein in the patients with acute coronary syndrome. In patients with coronary heart disease,Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the levels of serum CXCL16 with Gensini score. Results:The level of serum CXCL16 in peripheral venous blood was significantly higher in acute coronary syndrome group[(9. 96 ±6. 53)μg/L] than in stable angina pectoris group [(6. 50 ± 4. 53)μg/L] and in control group [(1. 70± 0. 43) μg/L] ( P <0. 01) ,and it was also higher in stable angina pectoris group [(6. 50 + 4. 53 )μg/L] than in control group[(1. 70 ± 0. 43) μg/L] ( P <0. 01). The levels of serum CXCL16 in peripheral blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome were positively correlated with C-reactive protein ( r = 0. 852, P < 0. 01). The levels of serum CXCL16 in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease were positively correlated with Gensini score( r =0. 904, P <0. 01). Conclusion: The levels of serum CXCL16 are significantly increased in patients with acute coronary syndrome and positively correlated with C-reactive protein and Gensini score, which would be one of markers for predicting the degree of coronary artery stenosis and provide important diagnostic information in acute coronary syndrome.关键词
