摘要
Abstract
Objective: To probe into the effect of hirudoid cream in combined to electromagnetic therapy to treat autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) inflammation. Methods: A total of 42 AVF local inflammation patients randomly were divided into experimental group (22 cases) and control group (20 cases) , hirudoid in combined to electromagnetic therapy for experimental group cases and hirudoid therapy for control group cases. The therapeutic effect,the average time of curing,the condition of antibiotics use,the time of first use of AVF for hematodialysis after treatment and incidence of related complications were recorded. Results: Compared with control group,the cure rate was higher (P<0. 01) ,the average time of curing was shorter (P<0. 01) , and the combined rate of antibiotic was less (P<0. 01), and incidence of subsequent dialysis complications of experimental group was less (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The hirudoid in combined to electromagnetic therapy has the benefits of rapid onset, short duration and low cost and is effective for AVF inflammation in chronic renal failure patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis关键词
