硝唑尼特的一般毒性和致突变性研究
General Toxicity and Mutagenicity of Nitazoxanide
摘要
Abstract
The general toxicity of nitazoxanide was investigated by acute toxicty test, accumulative toxicity and tolerance test of mice; the mutagenicity of nitazoxanide was evaluated by Ames test, marrow cell mi-cronucleus test and sperm malformation test of mice. The results showed that mice acute oral LD50 of nitazoxanide was 6.295 g/kg, belonging to no toxic substance. The 20 d administration accumulation coefficient was K > 5.26 which demonstrated that nitazoxanide was low or not accumulated. Through the Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm malformation test, nitazoxanide was not found to have any mutagenicity.关键词
