摘要
Abstract
The method of preparation for 3-nitro-l ,2,4-triazol-5-one ( NTO ) reference material is described. The NTO reference material is prepared with the industrial product as primary substance by heat-filtration, recrystallization, vacuum drying etc. The purity of the NTO reference material is determined by HPLC. Its homogeneity and stability is tested by variance analysis method. The results show that the purity of the NTO reference material is 99.91% , the homogeneity are good, the stability term is over one year and it can meet the required qualification of the reference material.关键词
