焦炉煤气组分气相色谱法分析实验研究
Experimental research on analysis of compositions of coke oven gas by gas chromatography
摘要
Abstract
In order to search the optimal analysis conditions of compositions of cove oven gas by gas chromatography. The columns used in this experiment are packed by us in laboratory and the orthogonal experiment design is used. The result shows that best analysis conditions are as follows, the flow rate of carrier gas is 56ML/min, temperature of column oven is room temperature, detector bridge current is 120mA and detector temperature is 100 °C. The conclusion are as follows, temperature of column oven is the main condition, the effect of the flow rate of carrier gas, detector temperature and detector bridge current impact are not significant to the analysis result.关键词
