摘要

Abstract

In order to avoid patent infringement and improve the efficiency of product innovation, a method of product innovation design based on Quality Function Deployment ( QFD)., Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) and Patent Knowledge Mining (PKM) was put forward. In the method, QFD was used for obtaining the target Junction of innovation design, TRIZ tools was combined to determine the field solutions; then mine existing patent knowledge from these field solutions, build the patent characteristic Matrix which could help the designers avoid patent infringement in design, and implement innovation design easily and effectively. Finally, the innovation design of child-resistant safe device lighter was used to illustrating the validity of the method.
