摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the research on metal cutting process, DEF0RM-3D was used as a platform, and the cutting process of OCrl8Ni9 stainless steel was modeled and simulated by FEA, finally the change law of the cutting force ofOCr\SNi9 stainless steel and the influence made by cutting speed and feed were analyzed, and the simulation data were made contrast with calculation data. The results show that the simulation data got by DEFORM-3D have a relatively high inosculation with the calculation data, which means simulation dada has a relatively high level of reliability. It provides a new way to systematically investigate the metal cutting process.关键词
