Abstract
Emissions trading system is an effective energy-saving emission reduction policies. I'd like to analysis the economic mechanism of the marketing system of pollution emission allowances, which consist of two markets: the initialmarket of allocation ( the p rimary market) and two parallelmarkets (the alienable market and the buying - back market), in inspiring firms to consciously decrease pollution from the social cost.关键词
