Research on the Incentive System of Professional Managers in Diversified Strategy Implementation

Abstract
In this paper, a hypothesis is proposed by Holmstrom - Milgrom's multi-task principal-agent theory, and the incentive model to professional managements is established for the implementation of the diversification strategy. And while gave strategy incentive measures to professional managements on the basement of the model under the information given or not. Then, put forward some suggestions about the design of the implementation to the business diversification strategy.关键词
