非离子表面活性剂复配体系硅油乳化剂的研制
The Nonionic Surfactants Combination Silicone Oil Emulsifier

Abstract
The application of nonionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant formulation in the silicone oil emulsion was studied. Uniform design and optimization soft-ware were used in design of the emulsifier formula and optimization of the experiment results. The synergic effects between the surfactants were investigated. The optimum formula was got. The nonionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant in the formula have synergic effect. The optimum formula of the mass ratio are ω(.X1 )30. 14%, ω(X2)23. 69%, ω(X3)22. 45% , ω(X, )13. 05% , ω(X5)10. 67%. The silicone oil emulsion is prepared and not stratified at the 3 000 r/min by centrifugating 30 min.关键词
