Abstract
The catalytic performance of self-developed non-hydrogen-dewaxing catalyst(FC -DB) was evaluated, and straight- run diesel oil from refinery No, 2 of Fushun petrochemical company was used as feed stock. The influence of reaction temperature and space velocity on the yield and pouring point of diesel oil was investigated. The relationships between yield, pouring point and operation conditions were determined by polynary quadratic regression, and the optimum operation conditions were determined by optimum programming. Under the following conditions, I. E. The reaction temperature is 310 "C and space velocity is 1. 0 h-1, the yield and pouring point of diesel oil respectively are 94. 61% and -20℃ ,approximately dropping 42 ℃. The quality of liquid product obtained under above optimum operation conditions was analyzed, meeting the specifications of diesel oil.关键词
