海洋真菌Xylaria sp.SOF11中细胞松弛素类化合物的研究

摘要
Abstract
Three cytochalasins were obtained from the fermentation broth of the marine-derived fungus Xylaria sp. SOF11,which was isolated from marine sediment collected from the South China Sea. On the basis of 1H, 13C and 2D NMR spectral data,these compounds 1-3 were identified as 19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q (1) ,18-deoxy-19,20-epoxycy-tochalasin Q ( 2 ) and 19,20-epoxycytochalasin C (3). Compounds 1 -3 showed weak cytotoxicities against two tumor cell lines MCF-7 and NCI-H460 in a MTT assay.关键词
