Antibacterial Activities of Chitosan Microspheres
以乳化交联法制备的壳聚糖微米微球(CMs)为试验材料,研究其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌行为,并对其浓度因素、粒径因素和抑菌机理做了探讨.结果表明CMs的抑菌作用随其浓度的增加和粒径的减小而增强.在浓度<0.7 mg/mL时,CMs对细菌的生长具有先抑制后促进的作用;当浓度≥0.7 mg/mL时对细菌有杀灭作用.CMs对两种细菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度分别为0.8、1.4 mg/mL和1.0、1.8 mg/mL,表明壳聚糖微球对金黄色葡萄…查看全部>>
The chitosan microspheres ( CMs) were prepared via emulsion chemical cross-linking method. The antibacterial activities of CMs with different concentrations and different diameters against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Escherichia coli ATCC 25992 were investigated,and the inhibition mechanisms were also discussed.
