Interaction of Chitosan-Co with Bovine Serum Albumin
摘要
Abstract
The interaction of chitosan-Co and bovine serum albumin was studied by ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that the ultraviolet absorption intensity of BSA increased with the increasing of the concentration of chitosan-Co. Chitosan-Co strongly quenched the fluorescence of BSA and it was the static quenching. The binding constant ( KA ) of CS-Co with BSA at room temperature was 2.40 x 106.关键词
