Abstract
Light-emitting Diode (LED) , the fourth generation light, has been gradually used in lighting and signal lamps because of its advantages of energy saving and environmental protection. But the LED demands highly on the working temperature. In order to guarantee the normal use of the LED, the heat cooling of the LED must be improved. The paper put forward a new style of heat fin-sink which was applied on the 200 W street lamp and used the ANSYS to analyze the temperature field of this heat fin-sink with the orthogonal experimental design. The influence of different structural parameters such as thickness, spacing, the radius of edge blend of the fin, width of substrate on the temperature field was compared. Finally, an optimized model was obtained with lower maximum temperature, and less weight of the heat sink.关键词
