变压器油中腐蚀性硫的检测标准及测量方法研究
Research on the Standard Test and Measuring Method forCorrosive Sulfur in Transformer Oils

Abstract
Recently, many faults of high voltage electric equipments happened due to the copper sulfide, which was formed by corrosive sulfur in transformer oil reacting with copper windings. Solving this problem has become the main concern for electric departments at present. In this paper, the existing standard test methods and measuring techniques are compared, and some related experiments are performed to verify these methods and techniques. The conclusion can be drawn as follows: when conduct a qualitative analysis of corrosive sulfur in transformer oil, the oxygen content in oil will influence the test results, and paper-wrapped copper wire can help to achieve more accurate results than bare copper wire. HPLC is an effective technique to measure the concentration of dibenzyl disulfide (DBDS) in transformer oil. This study may favor the measurement of corrosive sulfur in transformer oils by electric power enterprises and related manufacturers before putting transformers into operation.关键词
