Abstract
As the state evaluation of transmission line galloping has the characteristics such as fuzziness and randomness, the factors affecting transmission line galloping state were analyzed, and a multi-layer evaluation method based on fuzzy theory for transmission line galloping was presented according to the existing achievements and the expert experiences. The evaluation indexes system was established including character parameters, environment factors, history data, etc. The fuzzy analytic hierarchical process was applied to determine the constant weight of every index, then the variable weights formulation based on the balance functions was used to correct the constant weights for obtaining the variable weights. And the membership degree function of each index was determined by different fuzzy function to ensure the accuracy of the fuzzy evaluation matrix after the normalization processing of each factor value. Finally, the weighted-average type of fuzzy operator was used for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The feasibility and reasonability of the presented evaluation method were demonstrated by practical examples.关键词
