剖宫产率增高的原因分析及干预措施

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the rate and changed indications of cesarean section,so as to provide a reliable basis for reducing the cesarean section rate. Methods The clinical datas of 13 941 cases of patients underwent cesarean section from January 2001 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cesarean section rate were increased year by year,the main indications in order was social factor,fetal distress,uterine scar,premature rupture of membrane,cord entanglement, fetal anomaly,fetal macrosomia and so on. Conclusion The increasing cesarean section rates were mainly caused by social factor,fetal distress, uterine scar,premature rupture of membrane. It showed that propaganda perinatal care and delivery general knowledge should be developed,the capacity of health care integrated services should be enhanced,and reasonable indication and situation of cesarean section should be controlled.关键词
