溃结宁膏穴位贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及其对血清白细胞介素-4的影响
Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Paste of Kuijiening Plaster in Treating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome of Ulcerative Colitis and Its Effect on Serum IL-4 Level

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint paste of Kuijiening Plaster in treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of ulcerative colitis (UC) patients and the effect of serum IL-4 level. Methods Sixty cases of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic relapsing UC in active stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, and were given Kuijiening point paste and oral SASP treatment respectively for 60 days. The clinical comprehensive efficacy, mucosal lesions efficacy, mucosal pathological efficacy, TCM curative effects, the main symptom efficacy, serum IL-4 and side effects were observed. Results The TCM curative effects in treatment group were better than control group (P < 0.05). The comprehensive clinical efficacy, the efficacy of mucosal lesions and mucosal pathology were equivalent between the two groups (P>0.05). There was significant difference in the serum IL-4 between before and after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The acupoint paste of Kuijiening Plaster can improve clinical efficacy of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of UC, relieve symptoms, reduce side effects and improve immunity.关键词
