昆明市城乡居民对全科医生需求的调查分析

Abstract
Objective To understand the situation of community health care in Kunming, residents' awareness of general practitioners, general practitioner services, the masses of the content and work, so as to provide the basis for the improvement of GP services requirements and training methods in future. Method The survey questionnaire was used to investigate 520 residents in Kunming with differente age, sex and occupation. RdSUttS Among the respondents, the percentage of awareness of diverse civilizational classes residents on general practitioner were from 25.8% to 48.8% ; 71.7% of residents paid more attention on the humanistic quality of general practitioners and hoped that they had a higher sense of responsibility, compassion and love. 72.3% ~ 92.5% of residents thought that general practitioners need to strengthen the heath care and treatment for special populations ( children, elderly, pregnant women) ; 60.2% wanted to receive 24 hour service work. Conclusions A great part of the residents know little about community hospital and general practitioners, in order to better carry out community medical service work, people should be educated on community health services and knowledge related to general practitioner.关键词
