Abstract
Objective To study pharmacokinetic process of chrysophan in rat plasma. Methods The chrysophan was orally administered to the rats, and the blood samples were collected at different time. The concentrations of chrysophan in plasma were determined by HPLC method. The software of DAS 1.0 was used to perform the pharmacokinetic parameters. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of chrysophan were peak concentration 13.13 mg/L, clean up half life 2.368 h, square under curve of time t 36.25 mg/(Lh). Conclusion The pharmacokinetic process of chrysophan in rats fits one-compartment model.关键词
