Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of analgesia, anti-inflammation and hemostasia of co-Longmalu tablet. Methods In accordance with acetic acid ulcers after modeling, the animals were randomly divided into six groups: model group, Longmalu stomach group, bismuth potassium citrate group, co-Longmalu composite low, medium and high dose group. They were administrated; their ulcer area was observed; their gastric acid and pepsin were measured and compared with those of the control group. Results Co-Longmalu tablet could inhibit the area of the gastric ulcer, the gastric acid and the production of the pepsin. Conclusion Co-Longmalu tablet has significant healing-up effects on the gastric ulcer, analgesia, anti-inflammation and hemostasia of the experimental rats.关键词
