非洛地平联合厄贝沙坦对女性高血压患者性生活质量的影响
Effect of Felodipine combined irbesartan on the quality of sexual activity in hypertensive women

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of felodipine combined irbesartan therapy on the blood pressure lowering and the sexual function in hypertensive women. Methods Prospective, parallelized, controlled and fixed combined therapy was carried out. A total of 49 female patients who were diagnosed with grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension were enrolled. Levels of serum estra-diol and testosterone as well as female sexual function index (FSFI) questionnaire were assessed within 48 follow-up weeks. Target blood pressure should be at least <140 mmHg/90 mmHg. Female sexual dysfunction (FSD) was defined as FSFI scores less than 25.5. Results The blood pressure declined remarkably after 2 weeks therapy and stabilized after 8 weeks therapy. FSD was found in 71.4% of hypertensive group compared with 30% of normotensive women. There were statistical differences in the prevalence of FSD between the control group and the hypertensive group (P <0.01). In the hypertensive women, scores for the items related to desire and arousal were significantly improved and the level of the serum estradiol was elevated (P <0.01). The level of the serume testosterone was decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion FSD is more prevalent in women with essential hypertension compared with women with normal blood pressure. Felodip-ine combined irbesartan treatment for 1 year has improved sexual function to a certain extent in female hypertensive patients.关键词
