摘要

Abstract

High pressure, rich gas transmission pipeline requires the development of measuring method of Crack Tip Opening Angle (CTOA). The simulation of high -grade pipeline steel CTOA specimen fracture process has been carried out with the 3D finite element method. The results showed that the deviations of the finite elements calculation values and the experimental values of the (CTOA)care 10.38% ~ 17.5% , and the pipeline steel (CTOA)C is increased with specimen thickness increased, and they have linear relation. The fitting predicted formulas of pipeline steel (CTOA) c were acquired by analyzing results of finite elements calculation.
