摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the present situation of research on child cerebral palsy by acupuncture and moxibustion treatments on the base of literature. Methods Establish database of literature research by collecting information from clinical trials of child cerebral palsy by acupuncture and moxibustion treatments in domestic published between 2000 and 2010 in Wanfang Data. Results Total of 168 articles were obtained. Fund supported article were 22, the national composition was 2. Not indicate the diagnostic standard in article 27 (16.07%), self-made evaluation criteria for the effect in article 65 (38.69%). About design method, random and control was told in article 53 (31.55%), without group contrast in article 82 (48.81%), 58 (34.52%) articles did not mention the statistical processing of the findings data. Conclusion The mechanism research with prospective, double blinded, random controlled trial of child cerebral palsy by acupuncture and moxibustion treatment should be strengthened. A unified of diagnosis and effect evaluation criterion should be established as soon as possible.关键词
