脑血宁注射液中栀子药材HPLC指纹图谱研究
Fingerprint of Gardeniajasminoides in Naoxuening Injection by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Gardenia jasminoides in Naoxuening injection. Methods The chromatographic seperation was performed on a phenomenex C18 column (4.6 mm X 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water, gradient eluent, at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃, and the detection wavelength was 238 nm and 440 nm. Results The fingerprint of Gardenia jasminoides in Naoxuening injection was established, and fourteen common peaks in the chromatogram were marked with the parameter according to the technical requirements of the fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicine. The ratio of common peak areas was different in the fingerprints of Gardenia jasminoides from different places. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, and provides a basis for controlling the quality of Naoxuening injection.关键词
