摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard for Yunpi granvile. Methods Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma and Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum were identified by TLC method, and the content of hesperidin in pericarpium was determined by HPLC method. Results The method of identification was simple. The method of content determination of hesperidin was ideal, and the number to a theoretical plate was more than 2 000. The recovery was 101.70%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of the preparation and provide basis for further study.关键词
