Abstract
With the targets of minimum force on luffing hydraulic cylinder, turntable and lifting boom, and maximum lifting height, the paper builds the mathematical modeled for the wheel crane luffing mechanism three articulated points, conducts optimization calculation using the interactive decision-making algorithm, and introduces the concepts of satisfaction and overall coordination degree, which avoids the arbitrary of artificially identified objective weight coefficient, and can realize repeatedly information exchange between policymakers and system model, making the optimization results constantly come close to the requirements of the policymakers and the relative optimum solution able to be selected from series of local optimum solution. Via optimization, the mechanical performance of the luffing mechanism is improved. It provides a basis for future improved design of the luffing mechanism.关键词
