Abstract
BACKGROUND: InkJet printing is a non-contact reprographic technique that reproduces image or character onto a substrate using ink drops.OBJECTIVE: To sum and discuss the advances in inkjet printing technology and the application of inkjet printing technology in tissue engineering.METHODS: The first author searched relevant literatures from CNK(1995/2010) and PubMed (1995/2010). The keywords mere "inkjet printing, cell printing, biomaterial, cytokine, organ printing" in Chinese or English. Totally 3S2 articles mere retrieved, and fin ally 35 articles were included in result analysis. This paper summarizes and previews the application of inkjet printing technology in tissue engineering, including eel printing, biomaterials printing, cytokine printing, simultaneous pr inrti ng of bin material" and cells RESU LTS AND CONCLUSION: InkJet printing technology, which is used to print a variety of cells, can survive and maintain cell biological activity, construct good three-dimensional structure of the three-dimensional hydroge I scaffold by printing hydrogel, and print cytokines and maintain its biological activity; the inkjet printing technology is expected to construct three-dimens ional cells-biological bio-mimetic composition through synchronous printing cells and biological materials.关键词
